"we would like to distinguish ourselves from the traditional tea. People have tea correlated with when they're ill or what their grandmother used to drink and that is not true! Presently, the consumption of iced tea is a global tendency. Everything is valid, take it just with ice or mix it with fruits and appreciate it in a different way - says Maggie Bianchi, interior team. We combine it with super fresh seasonal ingredients and it's ultra-healthy. It's a true cocktail without alcohol."

A significant fact about this drink is that it contains approximately 70% of tea. It's a sine qua non-condition that's implanted in hot so the strands provide off all their properties and tastes. When the tea is acquired, it has to be chilled. This will be the foundation of the brew. For the achievement to be complete, Maggie explains that, since it will add ice to the preparation, it's important to produce the tea a bit more concentrated than if it were to consume at the time, in order that its taste is not diluted. Information: one gram of tea provides taste to 100 ccs of water, however if we're going to make iced tea that the dose should reach 1.5 g.

Even though it can be prepared with any variety of tea (it's entirely a matter of taste), each style of strands has its time and temperature of extract: green tea is prepared with water at 85° and made to infuse for 2 minutes while to get black and red water temperature climbs 10° reaching 9 °, and the contact time of the strands with water must be four minutes. What happens when we spend some time or utilize water in a higher temperature than indicated? The tea gets astringent and provides a feeling of roughness from the mouth.

This drink is so flexible it may accompany us constantly of the day. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. A fantastic tip
is to prepare it leave the jug from the fridge. It's preserved for 24 hours.
